Standard design and digital product orders may be canceled within 48 hours if work has not yet begun, for a full refund.

Custom design work that has already started or been delivered cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds are available only if no digital files have been delivered and a refund request is made within 3 days of purchase.

Once digital files are delivered, purchases are non-refundable.
